• for a small additional charge you will get the mobile card in winter. With it you can use all buses of the Puster Valley and there is a shuttle service to the cross-country courses (71 km of cross-country courses)

Some of the many all inclusive services are: use of the buses in the whole Puster Valley area, use of the cableway in the hiking area Klausberg and Speikboden, entrance in different museums of the Tauferer Ahrn Valley, guided visit of the castle Taufers and the mining museum in Prettau, free rental of the mountain equipment for 1 day, entrance in the minigolf court, free brochure of the mountain club with 23 good advices for „hiking without the car“, reduction on different adventure activities e.g. high wire garden, hydrospeed, riding, canyoning, rafting
• babysitting service on request. In our child-friendly hotel our qualified child-minders will look after you children while you enjoy a day for yourself. Please book this service from home
• luggage service on request. Send your luggage in advance and travel comfortably and without stress. Use our express mail-order service of the firm „Insam Express“. With the express service you can transport suitcases, bags rucksacs and even skiis (if they are well-packed) from one place to another. For the suitcase consignement to and from South Tyrol money is collected at the delivery day or the pick-up day.

• Check in/out: The rooms and the apartments are available on the day of arrival at 2 p.m. and check out time is at the latest at 10 a.m. of the departure day
• the varied breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, cake and vitality corner is inclusive when you book a single or double room. For guests of the apartments this service can be ordered for a small additional charge (see the price list)
• for half-boarding booking (see price list) you will enjoy a dinner in one of our partner restaurants: Rosmarin, Tubris or Alpenrose are located in the proximity of our Residence Hotel and for a special evening you should treat yourself with a dinner in the herb restaurant „Arcana“ in Ahornbach. • for a short stay of less than 3 nights a  charge of 5 euro per night will be added
• for dogs, cats and other animals a charge of 5 euro per night is added
• final cleaning of the apartments costs 35 euro
• the booking will be confirmed by the receipt of  100 euro deposit per apartment/room. Please do your deposit though bank remittance. If your deposit can't be received within 14 days the booking will be cancelled.

• reversal - sounds irritating and it is, for everybody. It is a pity when somebody doesn't come and the apartments or rooms are vacant although some other people would have liked to come. Therefore for reversals of 14 days before arrival we charge for the apartment or the room the price for three days, the same procedure will be adopted by anticipated departure
